Should I actually call and play OOP whenever I am hitting a K or A? If so do you check/call 2 barrels OOP or 1?

If i read your note correctly it doesn't tell us much about his preflop 3betting range, except maybe that he is generally tight. If you feel like he is strong there then calling won't really accomplish much, the tighter his range the less "outs" you have even when you see a flop, and stealing the pot out of position will prove difficult.

Either 4bet and call it off or pitch it right there, no use getting involved unless you think you have an edge, which it seems like you don't. I would probably muck, you did get 3bet CO vs UTG FR by a guy who seems tight after all.

      Hope it helps.
