      I don't mind the 3bet/fold 150bb deep if i know SB can adapt to deep stacked play, which means mostly him flatting more stuff even out of position and not jamming it in with as wide a range as he would 100bb deep.

      If i don't know that, then i think 3betting serves no real purpose, i don't want to get jammed on by stuff i'm ahead of and forced to fold, i'd probably just call and look for a good flop to hopefully let him flop some dominated hands and pot control it in position.

      I know some people don't like that line and would happily 3bet/call it off even 150bb deep against an unknown, but i'm not one of them.
