      1) uh. thats a tough one. i think most of the time you are behind but your odds are very good. you have to call 1.8 to win 11.75 ... thats about 1 to 6 so you only have to be ahead in 1/7 of all cases. you cant fold that although you are very likely to be behind against a king.

      2) you can reraise that preflop if you like but you dont have to since a reraise already costs a a lot of money. but i still prefer it since it gives you the opportunity to win the pot right now and it costs the same compared to as what happend postflop. postflop you should raise more on the flop, about $3.6 or something. fold on the turn is ok.

      3) raise more on the. your opponent is getting way to good odds if he has a flushdraw. do a little math. what pot odds does he need to have with a flushdraw (excluding implied odds)? What pot odds is he gettin with your small raise?

against a 3-bet by sb, I'd fold. bet/3-bet most often is a very strong hand and you are almost drawing dead very often.

      4) against this very passive opponent: nice hand. against other opponents you could c/c the flop and fold to another bet on the turn.
