Still NO starting capital! :(

      I passed the quiz on Saturday July 25,2009. When I login it says"Congratulations, You have made it" but I haven't gotten my starting Capital.

      It also says that can take up to two working days and it has been 5-6. Today is July 30,3009 and i sent my id (drivers licence) and still nothing :(

      Hello pokerking65,

      When an ID check is involved it will take longer than just the regular 48 hours. On that note though, it does not seem like the support has processed your ID information yet. Are you sure you sent it to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail address you signed up with? If not please re-send it - or contact or support staff via the ticket system (http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/).

      uh ohhh no i didnt send my information with the email i signed up with, i used a different email which was my friend's because i needed a scanner. But when i sent the email i said my username was pokerking65..

      Posting your account id's here will not help but here are a few things you can check,

      The starting capital can take up to 96 WORKING hours to get to you. But there are also some things you can check.

      -Have you received an id check through the mail? Please check your inbox as well as your junk mail as well. If you have then please send a copy of the requested id to security@pokerstrategy.com

      -Are you sure you have entered all your details correct on your poker platform, and on your profile page? Please remember that you have to put the name of your account here: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/profile/
      Also make sure that you enter the pokerstrategy bonus/marketing code otherwise your account wont be linked and the money wont be transfered.

      -Finally please check your Tickets from support as they may have tried to contact you with a query. You can also create tickets using this feature.
