      I'd probably just 3bet that preflop if he's stealing, 22 has terrible equity on most flops, this one included. I'd rather take your line with something that can flop at least a gutshot like T9s and take it down preflop with things like 22 in 6max.

      he would c-bet there close to 100%, but I don´t think it should be autoraise every time you hold there 22.
      Just players would start bluffing back at some point
      But for time-to time 3-bet is fine there
      If you go one step deeper, then you could also 3-bet pf representing strong hands and taking it down postlfop, but nl 5 level I wouldn´t suggest doing that too often
