      A is imo best card to double barrel.
      he´d fold so often there 5x or 6x that he called on the flop

      I'd raise a little bigger preflop over two limpers when i'm out of position, $0.12 or $0.14 will do. Flop c-bet is fine if you don't know him although check/folding is possible.

      Depending on how your opponent will perceive that turn card you can barrel on it as a bluff. Do it if he seems afraid of big cards or seems good enough to know there is a good chance that card helped your range, don't do it if your opponent doesn't have a fold button.
