      According to your status i see that you already got your money (you only become a bronze member after we transfered your first $50)

      We had some technical problems the last days (we werent able to make any transfers) so i am sorry for the delay.

      I received this mail:

      Hello mimans,

      Congratulations for passing the quiz! Now you are Bronze Member at PokerStrategy! We just transfered $50 to your PartyPoker Account...........................................................etc

      ...but I didnt get any money.My account is still play money only.Can you help?

      ok, so ...

      i talked to the support and they told me.

      First of all you got a ticket.

      Sometimes in rare occasions we get an error message after the transfer. Then the following happens. You count as "transfered" in our system (so that is the reason for your bonze status) BUT Party blocked the process due to some special reasons.

      Our support told me that these reason CAN be for example:

      1) that you entered the wrong data at the cashier
      or
      2) that you already had a real money account
      or
      3) party thinks that you are faking somehow.

      You got a ticket already from our support team, where they tell you how to proceed (=contact partypoker).
