      FLOP ($3.60) Q:heart: 5:spade: 8:heart:

      UTG+2 checks, Hero bets $2.60, UTG+2 raises to $5.20, Hero calls $2.60

I'm not sure about my flop play. Mincheckraise could be strong hand, but could be a random Q as well. Can I give my self A as an out too and 3bet allin with 13 outs on flop? I guess turn call was ok?

If you think you have any fold equity on the flop, meaning that utg could c/r Qx and then fold to shove, you should shove on the lfop.
Other way calling flop, calling turn and folding river are likely better line than shoving flop
