      I'm not sure about my flop play. Mincheckraise could be strong hand, but could be a random Q as well. Can I give my self A as an out too and 3bet allin with 13 outs on flop? I guess turn call was ok?

      If you think you have any fold equity on the flop, meaning that utg could c/r Qx and then fold to shove, you should shove on the lfop.
      Other way calling flop, calling turn and folding river are likely better line than shoving flop
