      Known players:

      0.25/0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by

Preflop: Hero is BU with A:club: , 9:diamond:
      UTG folds, UTG1 calls $0.50, 5 folds, Hero raises to $2.50, 2 folds, UTG1 calls $2.00.

      Flop: ($5.75) 4:heart: , 3:diamond: , 5:spade: (2 players)
      UTG1 bets $1.00, Hero calls $1.00.

      Turn: ($7.75) J:club: (2 players)
      UTG1 bets $1.50, Hero folds.

      Final Pot: $9.25

Should I ignore the mindonk on this board and make my c-bet as normal, or fold as I have not hit anything? Calling seems the least good line. I considered shoving the Turn as villain's minbets look pretty week - but i bottled it...

if i was playing BSS, i would ignore it and cbet a little bigger since such weak donks are usually done with trash

since you're shortstacked, betting bigger would commit yourself, betting smaller would give him very good odds and he would be inclined to call. folding is too weak since you get really good odds and shoving is too spewy.

I think i would play it the same way as you, maybe call the turn too since you have 8 outs from A and 2, and maybe your 9 is clean too? not too sure though

      Hey Tim64,

villain's wide range could have hit this board, but he could also be bluffing. Therefore expecting some FE on the flop and with 2 overcards and GS I would shove flop to maximize FE.
