      No you can't, he looks more like a nit from the non-intelligent kind, you can't just give him the mortal nuts on that spot. He could play stuff like 55, the unlikely JT, maybe a good top pair and busted straight/flush draws the same way. He'll probably even call a shove on the river with the made hands.

      You at least have to call, i think most people myself included would still shove it in that spot.
