      Everything seems normal, you hit a set, but the board also shows three suited cards, opponent could now have a nutflushdraw or maybe even nuts( although unlikely because of the prf raise) .. so you bet to see where you are , since he called all streets , he probably had like AJ or AQ and couldnt fold his hand after the turn when the A came... IMO , correct play, I like the river bet, hands that didnt hit their flush , tend to call still the bet

      I'd probably just open raise 77 from MP2.

      I think you can bet bigger on the turn and still get called by the same hands.

      Betting smaller on the river is fine until you know your opponent never folds Qx in that spot, that board is a bit scary when you bet 3 streets into him.
