      I suspect I played this hand very bad. Is it pure luck or it's profitable to call in such situations?

      You only need 27% equity for Break-even here but I think against Big Blinds tighter call resteal range a fold can be better. (without better reads) I call if I'm just against SB.

      Its an interesting spot, so I pokerstoved it for ranges I give unknowns;

      equity win tie pots won pots tied
      Hand 0: 16.332% 14.42% 01.92% 5577491496 741210532.00 { AJo }
      Hand 1: 35.702% 31.99% 03.72% 12374410752 1438188154.00 { 88+, AJs+, KQs, AJo+ }
      Hand 2: 47.965% 45.01% 02.96% 17411616456 1145243506.00 { JJ+, AQs+, AQo+ }

      At NL10, I definitely call in this spot. As Daphunk says, you don't need that much equity and there's always a chance one or other player is pushing loose - as in this case.

      Hey Gunstar1337,

      against SB's resteal alone I would go broke with AJ, but BB's cold call of a resteal looks very strong thus I would give up the hand, unless you have some read BB is huge fish and can call with very bad hand like he did this time.
