      Well, that fold to 3bet value I noticed only now.. He has a 21% raise first in on MP, so I decided to 3bet him here, because, he must fold a lot. Is this ok? IMO this flop could hit his calling range hard, however he might have some lower PP. Should I cbet here?

      I think c-bet is fine there.
      If you check behind, then likely have to call turn bet and decide on the river if you want to call again or not (which you likely won´t do). So I like taking stab on the flop, expecting him also to fold JJ/TT and then giving up.
