      I'd look him up on the river getting 10:1, you never know, he could have done all of that with lower pocket pairs since he's nuts and the fish have trouble reading these boards correctly, he might not even be fully aware that his pocket pair just became 6-high.

      Other than that i don't think you can do anything differently unless you have a better understanding of his game, like maybe he would jam any two overcards over a 3bet just because he doesn't like being pushed around or something.
