      Villian 32/0/1 over 64 hands

If I think that villian won't fold to second barrel, can I still fire to build pot for flush, overcards?
Cheaper is to make turn bet like this, than to check and face psb from him.

If river would give me one of my overcards, and he bets like here, I am calling or folding?

      thank you

      Hi,

preflop: Raise bigger. I'll make it 0.8$ if those guys love to limp/call. that's 4BB+3BB per limper + 1BB for being OOP.

      Flop: Fine

Turn: If that guy is passive I rather check to him hoping he will check behind.
If that guy is he aggressive and you think he going to pot it if you check to him I'll bet 1/2 psb blocker bet to get a cheap look at river.

River: I'm not sure a J will be a good OC for you because any Q or a 7 beats you. so c/f in case a J hits the board. If you happen to spike an Ace you can think about value betting by placing a small blocker bet. I don't expect this guy to raise with worser hands so b/f seems ok with TP on the river.

      Hope this helps.
      Good Luck.

      Hi,

Given the stack sizes if you hit anything on the river just shove, he might hit a J as the same time as you with something like JT or even just feel like calling you down with 9x.

If you just check, his range for betting the river will be stronger (and thus narrower) than his range for calling your shove, which means you're missing value from his worst hands by check/calling instead of shoving.

For the same stack/pot ratio reason i'd prefer checking the turn if he isn't very aggro, being forced to c/f a blank river for 1/2 pot isn't great.

      Hope it helps.
