Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems, however to protect your personal/private data, only PokerStrategy's support team and head admins have access to view your account. Moderators are ordinary members of the forum who help out by keeping things friendly and organised etc.
Support team usually contact you if you failed to pass the ID check, so please ensure that you have checked your email (including spam folders) and also check your
support tickets.
In light of what you mentioned regarding noting down your Bet365 user name, I would recommend contacting support by writing a
support ticket yourself and explain that your user name is now in place. It is possible that you passed the ID check, but they were unable to supply the starting capital without your full details.
