The thing is that with 30 hands I can't know how often he limp/folds and how often he folds to cbets.
Plus: Even if you hit your A, you most often win with the cbet or pay out a better ace. (if he's not limp/calling any Ax and - as i said - you can't know that here).
Of course you could argue, that against this type of player in general folds so often to cbets, that alone by cbetting any flop against him you make profit.
But then again, you could make the very same play with 72o.
btw: it's just a notch argument anyway, I would certainly isolate with ATs, but that's because I feel that I dominate some TX-broadways in this player-type's limp/calling-range.
