I isolate fish from BTN which is pretty standard,

Fish is c/c-mindonkbetting it and I snapcall the Turn for odds, if I raise there up to $8 like, I think he will call and I have a tough decision with just Q-high

Though he still bets the River, and with Q-high I tend to muck it here but I do not really like this line of me.

how would you have played this?

I think you have more equity when you think if you´re going to raise turn to 8$.
      river I´d call.
Although you´re likely behind you might sometimes win and even if you don´t win then you see what hands he is taking that line and then next time play accordingly.
