      No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      saw flop

      UTG+1 ($73.25)

      MP1 ($10)
      MP2 ($20.25)
      MP3 ($51.70)
      CO ($10)
      Hero (Button) ($50)
      SB ($54.50)
      BB ($29.25)
      UTG ($42.95)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 10, 10
      1 fold, UTG+1 bets $1.50, 4 folds, Hero calls $1.50, 2 folds

      Flop: ($3.75) 7, 2, 2 (2 players)
      UTG+1 bets $1, Hero calls $1

      Turn: ($5.75) A (2 players)
      UTG+1 bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50

      River: ($8.75) 5 (2 players)
      UTG+1 bets $2, Hero calls $2

Villain cBets & barrels fairly always according to his stats and I stacked him off once with him shoving as a midstack on the Turn with 2 OCs + FDs (he flatted AKs IP) versus my kings.

Now the Turncard is ugly but as the Riverbet is 1/4 of the pot, is calling down the best line here?

Should I have raised the Flop immediately and take iniative? Or is 3betting pre also an option against a 30/10 guy?

I think 3-bet pf is fine if he folds often enough and does 4-bet only with better hands
I´d raise flop, since his bet looks like blocking bet and he´d often b/f there or sometimes b/c even with worse hands and then you can likely check it down
calling down is fine, although you can also raise turn, since he might b/f there with better hands and you don´t have to see river bet.
