      SB ($24.55)
      Gerv (BB) ($50)

      MP1 ($23.35)

Preflop: Gerv is BB with 5, 6

With what kind of range do we play back against this hyper aggressive opponents? Can I call here passively with SCs though my implieds aren't that great since he steals ATC?

Do you 3bet this guy with 77+,KQ+,ATs+ like range?

I think you can also 3-bet with 65s.
It plays quite ok in 3-bet pots and when you flop your draw, you can likely go with that and especially when your image is tight, then he won´t really mess around too much in 3-bet pots even if he calls a lot ip.
Calling is also fine and leading out for example on low boards or c/r with draws or even one pair hands
