Any comments, but in particular I would be pleased if someone could tell me how many outs my hand is worth on the flop. Thanks in advance.

I would not reraise a UTG minraise with KQo preflop! With KQs it would be okay but offsuited that Hand is too weak for me.

On the Flop its maybe OK to call. But in most situations you have no flush outs with your third high one card fLush draw. You have just 3 gutshotstraightdraw outs. (1less because of the flush) and maybe 4 overcard outs.

So you have optimistic Odds of 2.6:1 and potodds of 2.5:1

In few Situations you have flush outs too. So the call is ok
