      He didn't c-bet because he's "slowplaying", because he has nothing, or because his hand didn't like the Q, in all three cases your best bet is to just check that turn and see what happens. If he checks back you can try and value bet the river, he could have picked up a piece along the way and be willing to call a bet with it.

      If he makes a decent bet on the turn i'd call in case it's a delayed c-bet with air with my 6 outer, and likely fold to a river bet unimproved.
