Villain wanted to play every pot with me whenever I opened because of the QQ (topset vs FD) hand

Now he minraises again and should I actually just 3bet here because of this read?

As played, c//RAI turn? Or how would you play this from the Flop onwards?

I think I play it same as you, but his turn bet looks like a draw.

because of your history he´d stack off there Qx hands, so I like just 3-betting flop and getting all-in.
as played: I think c/rai turn is better than c/c

Do you think c/RAI is better than donkbet/call ? Do you think donkbet Turn will let him fold worser hands?

I´m never really a big fan of donkbet on the turn.
You didn´t 3-bet flop, because you think he is raising there with Qx or worse hands/draws enough times, because he´d often continue his aggression on the turn you should let him do that and then c/rai.
If you´re donking turn then it is always AQ/KK/AA and he can play accordingly his hands unless he holds some mosnter draw and thinks he has fold equity
so yes c/rai is better than bet/call turn.
and turn bet would fold him likely hands that he is drawing
