      Miniraise flop persuaded me that he can't have set here and I suspected him to have a draw but should I raise here? If i lay down that he has a draw should I raise turn?

      if you think he is on a draw, just get it in on the flop. if you decide to call flop, then either lead or c/r turn.

      as played i think i will fold river. on this limit people rarely bulff missed draws on the river and i dont think he is betting 2/3pot with a hand we can beat

      I think I´d also start out by 3-betting flop, he shouldn´t have there too strong hand if he almost min-raises.
