      Preflop is fine, although you might get in sticky situations when you hit top pair given that this guy's range is probably skewed around better kickers then yours, you'll probably have to check/call him down no matter what hoping you're good.

      Leading out the flop is likely just personal preference, i'd just c/f it myself that guy isn't raising very often there is a strong possibility that when he does he has a hard time letting go of whatever his hand is.

      On the turn just give up when he calls the flop, that type of playing just isn't reading hands at all you can't really represent a hand on any kind of serious level, it'll likely take a river shove to get him off even Jx if he's ever gonna fold that.
