C-Betting for how long?

I have found a leak in my game when it comes to c-betting.

Lets say you have a good hand that you bet preflop and you get two callers. You miss the flop and c-bet according to strategy articles. At least one of your two opponents call.

      1. Do you guys keep betting on the turn and river too?

      2. And what signs do you look for to determine whether to bet or just check/fold?

I might have this problem due to so many calling stations on the lowest micro limits, which I play in.

      3. Do you think c-betting pays off on the micro tables?

Please help me figure this out.

This is a really good question, and the answer is unfortunately - it depends. I believe the articles cover this in "Turn play" or "River play".

      2. If the flop is say.. 943 and you get 1 call and the turn is a king or an ace you can bet again. Those turn cards are somewhat "scary" for a lot of hands that he'll be holding and he will fold.

Some example hands you played would be great cause then I can give you some solid answers.
