      1) fold seems there better option than call pf, since you raised utg and opponent 3-bet range is a littlebit tighter than your opening range. Also it is very hard to play 99 oop unless you flop set.
      postflop play is fine
      2) pf 3-bet seems a little better option than call oop. I´d sometimes c/r flop and then give up, sometimes c/c flop, turn and fold river. Both options are kind of bad if player are good, so I think 3-bet there is best option

      3) same reason to 3-bet pf, especially since player is isolating weak player.
      on that board I rather like c/r flop than c/c, since he´d fold that board, since he only can beat flushdraw. if you c/c flop, then you should c/f turn, you get valuedowned too many times and at any cases you can´t call river bet
