      I think it's far too weak to fold in this spot. I wouldnt put villain on a set because he's not going to lead out potsize with 22, 33 or 77 on a dry flop such as this. A7, 78 or 88-TT would be more likely hands we're facing here and the 3 on the turn is unlikely to have improved his hand so unless I had an incredible read I wouldn't fold my kings here.

      I would instead raise the flop with the intention of shoving turn if he calls.

      don´t think that player is leading in 4-way pot with pot on overpair or 7x and continue his aggression.
      Players have there a lot of times set, that they are protecting against overpairs
      ofcourse he could also bluffing, which makes shove turn/caldown also fine line :)
