I'm cbeting here because although he is loose this far he had folded to cbets in 7/7 cases, is cbet ok knowing this? What to do on turn? I could be giving a freecard to FD, but IMO he can have many other hands like pp thus maybe betting river after my turn check

I'd just bet the turn myself, to get value from draws and other made hands. It's a near certainty that most fishes won't let go of a pocket pair because of the T turn, it's not scary enough. However you can't really predict which of those fishes will bet those pocket pairs on the river when you show weakness, even tho in that case given his AF he very well might.

      Hope it helps.
