      Shove or c/f or c/c

      I think shove is worst option he can't call worse. c/c you only beat a busted flush draw that wants to bluff and i dont think he bluffs here with the board as it is and so you are hoping for a chop with the one other 9. So i think you have to check/fold here.

      Doesn't villain 3bet TT+ preflop?

      For that reason I don't fold river and play c/c WA/WB instead.

      he can bluff 44 (might not even realise he's no longer got bottom set), busted FD or if he's a real donkey and somehow has called 2 barrels with a lower pair 88 or something.

      edit; my lines probably a tad sick lol. c/f is likely the way forward.

      he would shove there often enough with worse hands
