      No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      saw flop

      MP ($115.55)
      Gerv (CO) ($54.25)
      Button ($50.50)
      SB ($59.45)

      BB ($50)
      UTG ($53)

Preflop: Gerv is CO with Q, Q
2 folds, Gerv bets $1.75, 1 fold, SB raises $6.25, 1 fold, Gerv calls $4.75

      Flop: ($13.50) 3, J, 7 (2 players)
SB bets $7.50, Gerv raises $20, SB raises $45.45 (All-In), Gerv folds

I don't think I am preflop ahead if i 4bet/broke here but my CO's ATS is 28% and fold to 3bet on CO is 58%

As played, I raise/fold here since he quickly shoves it and I virtually only beat AJ/KJ, TT. I don't think he instant shoves AK

Should I just call Flop and evaluate the Turn with the intention of calling down?

never raise that board with QQ and then fold to shove
you can never be sure that he isn´t 3-betting with JTs and now shoving for value
if you don´t want to go broke, then call flop and go for there.
I think there is nothing wrong folding to turn barrel

If you call flop how do you play e.g. on a turn blank (2) when he checks to you?

      check behind? bet/fold? bet/raise?

What kind of betsizing do you choose? :)

when he checks I´m going to b/c for value. he would c/rai with worse hands
when pot is 28, then 18$ seems quite ok bet size
