      No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      saw flop

      Gerv (Button) ($58.85)
      SB ($50)
      BB ($49.35)

      UTG ($81.50)
      UTG+1 ($50)
      MP1 ($50)
      MP2 ($93.50)
      CO ($50)

Preflop: Gerv is Button with J, Q
5 folds, Gerv bets $1.50, 1 fold, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($3.25) K, 10, A (2 players)
BB bets $3, Gerv calls $3

      Turn: ($9.25) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $2.50, Gerv raises $10, BB calls $7.50

      River: ($29.25) K (2 players)
BB bets $10, Gerv raises $20, BB raises $20, Gerv calls $10

Should I ever be afraid of this King that pairs the board?

It certainly bricks the board as in Flushdraws and Straightdraws. i don't think he has AK/TT/AA that often

Should I just raise it up from the Flop and bet myself on the Turn?

raising flop is better idea, since players usually doesn´t lead on that baord, so you can be sure that he´d often hold a very strong hand
I´d likely would just call river, two pairs are part of his range and likely you have to fold if he 3-bets
