      I´d go there for value in 3 streets.
      Board isn´t that drawy that you should consider going on pot control
      and they can´t really flop every times set when they call oop and c/c flop

      The reason why I check behind turn is because that board isn't drawy at all IMO, and thus can this villain call second bet with worse? If board is drawy, than I bet turn to get value from drawing hands. Do I misunderstand something in very basics?

      well I guess it depends all of your playing style.
      Higher limits people are barreling there turn and river sometimes with nothing, thatś why people are calling down also for example Jx or some pp.
      since my image is quite bad and very aggressive I think I´d called down there often enough with just Jx hand. If you think that player would always fold there worse hands and c/r better then going on pot control is fine.
