Yesterday it was 4 FR tables...

You play something on 300-350 hands a hour (as FT is some how fast)... I had time yeasterday morning (200 hands) and in the evening with brakes every 1.5-2 hours.

your non showdown winnings are extremly poor. Imho work on that. Ask advice on this. I had the same problem. But im not sure how i fixed it. Is ur nonshowdown normally this bad? Do u conti bet alot? Do you steal enough? Are u aggresive enough? Stats? You cant just post a graph and say, fix it.

it is important to maintain faith in the correct strategy and know bad downswings do happen. i would advise take it down to just two or even a single table to really evaluate each of your decisions maybe try it I found it really helped me after I started very badly. Also it can take tens if not hundreds of thousands of hands for true results so don't give up!

100k hands still have +-1BB deviation from true winrate ;) ).

But anyway... I have to clear head and maybe give myself some time...

I am out next week for business trip, so this might be the right opportunity focus only on work and let poker be :P

Your putting wayy to much value into aces man, looks like your playing the cards and not paying attention to how they are betting and whats on the board. Can't just bet full tilt expecting your aces not to be beat.

I don't believe he is, on the first hand he check called all the way down to keep the pot as small as possible (This is the only hand i might consider folding, but i doubt i actually would). On the second hand, whats he supposed to do here, put villain on hitting his runner, runner flush draw?? There are just too many hands he's beating to fold here on the river.

3rd hand, i go bust here too, but i still think he did the right thing as with the 4th.

Ultimately you can't just see a flop with aces and think of every combination that beats you on the board to justify a fold. Only in the first hand, is the board coordinated enough to find a fold, in the others, I think they just lucked. In the long run he's losing equity on his big hands by playing too cautiously. Unless, the board is screaming danger, ill play bullets quite happily. But then again im no fixed limit player and maybe im approaching this from too much of a nl perspective.
