      I would be allin to, he could have a lot of hands. 2 pair, pair + draw, etc.
      So many rivers will be ugly you just have to raise here.
      Of course he will show up with a straight every now and then, but even then you still have outs.

      Nh imo. Don't think I could lay this down either cause 75 really is the only hand that has you beat except for those rare set over set occasions.

      He could do this with 2 pair & straight draws to like Ka0s already pointed out.

      I'd have played it the same. That hand is very interesting when you look at UTG's play so make you to take a note on it if you see that guy often. He's raising suited one-gappers from UTG and he's not c-betting dry low flops 3-way oop even with a gutshot. That should help you see what kind of player he is.
