      Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) - Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      saw flop

      UTG ($25)
      Gerv (Button) ($31.09)
      MP ($27.54)
      BB ($35.33)
      SB ($24.82)

Preflop: Gerv is Button with 8, 9
2 folds, Gerv bets $0.75, 1 fold, BB calls $0.50

      Flop: ($1.60) 7, 3, 5 (2 players)
BB checks, Gerv bets $0.85, BB calls $0.85

      Turn: ($3.30) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $0.25, Gerv raises $2.25, BB calls $2

      River: ($7.80) 2 (2 players)
BB bets $0.25, Gerv raises $3, BB calls $2.75

Villain played fit or fold well the whole table was doing fit or fold so I cbet just smallish

Turnraise bigger so I can extra value out of the river?

Furthermore I only raised to $3 on the River because I ''feared'' a flush or being 3betted here.

If I raise it up to $5 or $6 and BB 3bets, can I ever call here?

I´d raise turn to 3$ at some players even 4$
river is again thin, if he 3-bets you can´t call and the way he played his hand it could easily be flushdraw
and since I wouldn´t valuebet river myself if checked I would just call minbet and go for showdown
