The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

      SB: $28.48
      BB: $25.00
      UTG: $27.54
      Hero (CO): $37.35
      BTN: $24.72

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is CO with J :spade: T :spade:
1 fold, Hero raises to $1, BTN calls $1, 2 folds

      Flop: ($2.35) 4 :spade: J :diamond: T :diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.65, BTN raises to $3.30, Hero raises to $9

$9 raise size good against this minraise?

Is such a minraise actually a probe raise?

No stats in your SH games...

Don't think you can go wrong by 3betting/calling top two against unknown.
About the minraise - Depends on the villain, he might (stupidly) do it with his top of his range (a set) , might do it with a draw. it won't take long to find out...

Would raising a higher amount make more sense $12+

His Min-Raise may be a "call" but also making sure that your not just donk conti-betting
and getting you off your hand if you hit nothing.

If he is on a draw he only needs to call $5.70 into a $20.35 pot (28%), which gives him all the odds he needs to call for a flush draw.

Raising higher for value + protection maybe better. if he re-raises all in, I would suspect a set.. depending on quality of opponent

      How did it end???

you´re not there against always against the draw, but most likely one pair hand
so if you 3-bet larger to 12$ then he might easily fold his hand and we don´t gain as much if we´d raise smaller.
