      You could raise an extra 10c preflop for being out of position but no big deal.
      I think you can take your pick of lines against the fish? (what's the AF?) - be aggressive or just call him down depending.

      If betting back at you a lot then I would prefer a 4bet all in preflop (might as well, he committed to the pot on the 4bet and max FE this way)

      As played I might donk the flop 2/3 pot, but better check-raise if I expect a contibet. If instead I decide to just call, I have to call two more big bets possibly and a board that probably won't improve me much.

      If I called the flop then on turn I'd make a block bet and see where I am, at this point I don't really know.

      It went c/c so I think a call on the river is marginal with only top pair and a straight showing for any 10 and 2 pair/trips possibilities. I'd probably fold here.
