      Fold preflop imo it's junk, you're somewhat deep with MP2 but CO is short, even in position it's gonna be hard to make a profit with 43o since they don't really seem like the type of players that will fold easily postflop to a semibluff.

      Flop is fine. On the turn when that guy wakes up after c/c the flop he still might have two pairs or a set, 98 is possible but not that likely given the flop peel, i'd probably also raise/call, tho given how tight/passive he seems to be it's certainly possible to opt for a call down too.
