Preflop, what is the best? Isolate Bu? (better by 4bet or shove?) or just flat call?

Flop: on such a draw heavy flop like this I hope to fold BB without a made hand, so I played bet/fold here

      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $10,02
      BB:
      $13,20
      MP3:
      $6,31
      BU:
      $2,41

      0,05/0,1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.69 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with A:diamond: , Q:spade:
MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0,10, CO folds, BU calls $0,10, Hero raises to $0,50, BB calls $0,40, MP3 folds, BU raises to $2,41 (All-In), Hero calls $1,91, BB calls $1,91.

      Flop: ($7,33) 5:heart: , 2:heart: , 9:heart: (2 players)
Hero bets $3,00, BB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Turn: ($7,33) A:spade:
      River: ($7,33) T:spade: (2 players)

      Final Pot: $7,33

I´d isolate BB by shoving pf
don´t really see any value c-betting flop, since if shoved you have to fold and you might not even be ahead on that flop BU shoving range
so I´d c/f flop or maybe you can check it down
