Push or fold? Two pairs or set seemed too likely. First I thought that he wanted to by the pot with 66-TT. So push on the flop?

1)Υοu can slowplay that , you have trips with a good kicker and a flush draw as well.
2)This is a call from the CO according to the chart , but if you are gonna raise you should raise the proper amount , 5 BB.Then you can easily push all in on flop since your stack is equal to pot. In that hand i dont think i would call his push on the turn , you get very bad pot odds and if he has just 1 pair he is like 70% favorite to win the hand.
3)Good fold according to the article about "reacting to raises behind you"
Your remaining stack should be at most 2x your original raise to call this.
4)Raise to 5BB preflop. His bet is weak and most of the time these donkbets imply that opponent is unsure of his hand's strength and wants to know where he stands. I m not sure if you should raise to 1$ so you can perhaps walk away if you get reraised all in , or if you should push directly all in. I guess here is where the pro evaluator will come in and save the day :P

      4) In late positions I sometimes steal blinds, there I raise 3 BB+1 BB per limper (not sure, if that´s good thing but I´ve earned some blind money:P )

Now I´m smarter, if someone limps, then its 4BB+1BB per limper
