      I would have played the same way, that raise on the river probably means you are beat but yes you have to call.

      Maybe c/c rather than b/c, but doesn't really make a difference I think.

      It's okay, you can make it even bigger preflop if you feel like they'll call anyway. I would also bet more on the turn to be able to shove the river for a potsized bet since we can't really fold to a jam anymore anyway.

      Only reason to c/c the river would be if you think he was peeling with a lone club and would bluff it often if checked to. If he's never bluffing there then he'll bet flushes and we'll call, which isn't really different from us shoving and him calling. But he might check behind Kx hands to see a showdown, which is really bad for us since he might also call a shove with them, it's top pair after all. So without reads that he's bluffy, just jam yourself to not miss value there.
