      Poker Stars $50.00 No Limit Hold'em - 7 players - View hand 269836

      UTG: $8.05
      UTG+1: $23.60
      MP: $59.75
      CO: $24.70
      Hero (BTN): $50.00
      SB: $35.00
      BB: $50.00

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BTN with J :club: 9
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, 1 fold, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($3.25) 4 :club: J :diamond: J :spade: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.00, BB calls $2

      Turn: ($7.25) 5 :spade: (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero bets $6.00

Now he plays fit or fold postflop so I put him on 88-TT. Can I get more value by checking the Turn and calling any bet on the River or raising it on the river?

I cannot really define him a range when he calls postflop besides 88-TT

      Thoughts?

That guy is too passive to bet the river with those hands, he is likely c/c.
The other thing that happens when you check behind turn is that his calling range is wider but I still betting the turn, Don't want him to get scared by a river face card or an Ace.

turn bet is good there, since he´d likely would c/c the same hand that he had on the flop and then maybe he´d also call 1/2 potsize river bet
