no stats for villain as this was very early
looking back on it, i think a call was better
the only way he beats me is with A or K of diamonds and the flush comes and if he has weaker diamonds, it is a big cash

my question: did i throw away about 5 good dollars by not giving him another round of betting to bet into me?

Hand converted with online hand converter:

SB checks, Hero checks, UTG2 bets $0.20, BU calls $0.20, SB folds, Hero calls $0.20.

Imo you have to raise there out of position, you can't be sure he won't check behind if you try to c/r the river, and the river card can only hurt you/scare him further. Since you're deep and you have the nuts you wanna try to get all the money in, and raising is the way to do it. Too bad he didn't have a good enough hand to pay you off.

      Hope it helps.
