Hello, through 50 hands Villain was 26% VPIP, 13PFR and 17% steal
I fear my 3 bet was too big as I'm tired of having my raises called by 4,6 and having them flop straights
please let me know what the appropriate bet size was

      thanks!

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Usually it's 3x his raise, but since he only raises 3xbb I would make it 4x here.. .so $1.20.

      standard 3bet is x3.
The more you raise the more fold equity you get. With AA you are raising for value pf but you also want to get action. I would stick to the standard here and make it 0.9$.
You should be happy to get a call by trash hands like 46, you will be a huge favorite against those hands.
