      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $17.50
      CO:
      $144.50

      0.5/1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.68 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8:diamond: , 2:diamond:
4 folds, CO raises to $3.00, BU folds, Hero raises to $17.50 (All-In), BB folds, CO calls $14.50.

      Flop: ($36.00) 9:diamond: , Q:diamond: , 6:spade:
      Turn: ($36.00) 7:diamond:
      River: ($36.00) 6:diamond: (1 players)

      Final Pot: $36.00

Foldto3bet in late position was 100% over 2 cases. With such a loose late raising range and a good chance he is folding most of his raising range I decided to push here. Thoughts?

I don't like this push here. You still have BB to act behind, stealer is raising from CO (tighter range), sample is way too small for considering Fold2 3bet. Wwhatever hand this guy calls you with from his range has you beat, so you'll be going for -EV most of the times.

You have to have at least 5k hands on Villain to determine a valid fold 2 3bet%

I don't like pushes solely based on FEQ, it doesn't compensate the amount you lose whenever he calls
