      Preflop is fine. Postflop really depends on what kind of player he is.

      Without reads, he has a reasonable stack, he's raising 4x from the BU and he flatted a 3bet in position. Mostly he has broadways and pocket pairs imo, and will most likely call a c-bet with pocket pairs/Kx and fold the rest of his ~6 outers. So i'd still c-bet and c/f the turn as a default, if you think there is any chance he's betting with a worse hand there (meaning he's not even an average tag) calling his 1/3 pot bet hoping he checks back the river isn't bad either.
