      He calls dry flop and I dont see him folding turn that much.
      Should I barrel the scarecard(K) vs a possible setminer on the turn when I get the nut FD+gutshot? Or take the free card like I did?

      don´t use elephant, so can´t help with your question, but mayb you can get help some software forum :)

      I´d barrel turn, since sometimes he is c/c flop with middle pp- which he is not folding and he can also fold Qx, since you´re not bluffing there very often
