      Hero (UTG+1): $50.20
      MP1: $8.75
      MP2: $9.25
      CO: $30.75

      BTN: $10.00
      SB: $31.20
      BB: $14.85
      UTG: $19.05

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is UTG+1 with T :spade: T :diamond:
1 fold, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, CO calls $2, 3 folds

      Flop: ($4.75) 3 :spade: 9 :club: Q :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50

      Turn: ($11.75) 9  (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO checks

      River: ($11.75) 2 :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $5.50, Hero calls $5.50

I do not find the Cbet Flop maneuver really profitable here though based on 25 trials, his fold to cbet is only 36% + he is very passive.

As played c/c River is a must since I don't think he has a 9 often so I should beat 77-88 and random bluffs here as well right for 33%?

Or would y ou play this aggro as in cBet/fold Flop, Barrel/Fold Turn?

I´d c-bet that flop, since even if he calls flop, you can c/c turn and evaluate river if you want to call him down
Imo TT is too good to go there c/c and that also gives away your hand,s o player can play perfectly against you
