      AQ+, 99 is quite safe imo, but I think we could go as loose as AJ+, 88+, since there is a good deal of dead money on this limit . I'm assuming you have ~50% FE. What range do you give the CC?

      the problem is not the open raiser you should look at the call open% from mp3 some players only have 3-5% call open and will only coldcall pockets and ak,aq, you must give mp3 strong hands like ak,aq,JJ sometimes also QQ depending on his 3bet %. Also when mp3 would be a player with a high call open% you should push way more pockets because mp2 will only call 88+ so it makes nearly no difference if you push 88 or 22 fold equity plus remaining equity should make it plus ev. So it all comes down to the calling range of mp3 when he can fold pockets from 22-88 you can push nearly any pocket and aj,kqs I think, but I haven't done the exact math because i am to lazy atm^^
